Tyson Fury REACTS To Deontay Wilder RETIRING…

After losing the 3rd fight against Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder has now multiple times hinted at getting retired as he feels that he has already achieved enough.

The bad blood between Tyson and Wilder dates way back. The two had their first fight at the Staples Center in December 2018 in Los Angeles. The result of this notorious fight was very unusual and disappointing to the fans as well as the contenders. The fight ended up in a split draw, with the scorecards at 115-111 for wilder and 114-112 for Fury.

The result of this match was really disappointing to the fans because the potential matchup between Fury and Wilder had been talked about for several years before the two finally locked horns inside the ring. The pair’s first encounter took place back in 2014, however, it was off-camera. After this standoff, Fury and Wilder promised each other a fight in the future. In 2015, Wilder became the first American heavyweight champion by defeating Bermane Stiverne in almost a decade. On the other hand, Fury became champion in his first world title attempt by putting down Klitschko for the WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO in Germany, the same year.

In January 2016, Wilder defended his championship for the third time against Szplika at the Barclays Center in New York. Tyson Fury was present there during the fight. After Wilder knocked out Szplika, Tyson Fury jumped into the ring in an attempt to build a future fight with the heavyweight champion of the world. There was a face-to-face confrontation between two men and people were really excited as this confrontation was indicating only one thing and that was a fight between these two. Moreover, this was the first confrontation between the two in front of an on-looking crowd and a live television audience. There was a lot of trash talk between the two starting with Fury saying “There’s only one Tyson Fury, what you got to say about that, Deontay?”. A lot of talking went on, however, it ended with Wilder saying “I don’t play this, you can run around like you’re a preacher and all that but I promise you when you step in this ring I will baptize you!” Well, now the fight between the two was inevitable and everyone was looking forward to it.

But the people must wait because the champion Tyson Fury was tested positive for illegal substances and he had to give up his title and he was also stripped off of his license. After going through a really rough and tough time, Fury regained his boxing license and was cleared to fight in December 2017, so he started training for his comeback. After that, the fight between the two was announced, they were to come face to face on December 1st, 2018 and they did after waiting for a long period of time. The fight that happened after such a long buildup and then ended with a split draw which was frustrating for everyone.
