MythBusters interleaved 800 pages each — one by one — creating 1,600 alternating pages held together by nothing but pure friction. Then they tried everything to separate them.
Two grown men pulling — nothing.
Ten people in a tug of war — nothing.
Two cars driving in opposite directions — still nothing.
Then two military tanks — 30 tons of steel and 650 horsepower — pulled until the force gauge hit 8,000 pounds.
That’s enough force to suspend both cars from the phone books and they still wouldn’t break.
Result: Incredible.
