A video on social media shows a Saudi prince, Saud al-Shaalan, commenting on the West's backlash against the Opec+ output cut announced last week and what he described as a “challenge to the existence of the kingdom”.

This comes after US officials criticised the Saudi government's decision to cut oil production by two million barrels a day.
