ESPN FC's Alejandro Moreno and Steve Nicol discuss PSG's 2-0 victory vs. Borussia Dortmund at the Parc des Princes. Moreno admits that it can be frustrating to watch Neymar at times, but tonight he was "electric" and showed he was an "elite player" in his performance.
