This movie revolves around Rejection, betrayal, poverty and bitterness as Poor Obiora (Sambasa Nzeribe) and Nkem(Eve Esin) were so much in love with themselves which drew the cognizance of the whole village. Obiora loved Nkem so much to a very noticeable magnanimity which led him into selling the only piece of land he inherited from his late Father. Nkem's mother threatened him to either lay with her or forget marrying Nkem. Obiora thought since he's poor and can't possibly take care of Nkem, he therefore decided to give up on the marriage issue, including the fact that virtually the whole old women in their community rejected his marriage with Nkem due to her mother's bad behavior of sleeping around the village with young men of his age. Obiora and Nkem's courtship lasted for a very long time which on the process Nkem lost her virginity. Waves began to share between Obiora's best friend Odili and Obiora when he(Odili) Declared interest in Nkem to the point of Instant marriage with Nkem...
