Four minutes later, Lionel Messi was assisted by Mbappe, who skillfully drilled the ball cross-net to the Argentine to make it 2-0.

On the 60th-minute mark, Messi slipped the ball to the French star on the left side of the penalty area,  he showed no hesitation with his finish, striking into the bottom left of the net with ease. Marseille could not come back from this defeat despite all futile efforts made.
