The Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum has Commended President Muhammadu Buhari for his political will and measures to end Terrorism and other forms of Criminality across the country.

Governor Zulum gave the commendation at the inauguration of the Tukur Buratai Institute for War and Peace Buratai
