The record champions ran out 2-0 winners in the Bavarian derby against an impressive Augsburg side. Matchday 25 was very special for Bayern München. Before the game against FC Augsburg, the Bayern fans celebrated the club's 120th anniversary with stunning tifos. Thomas Müller and Leon Goretzka, wearing a special anniversary kit, fulled the party atmosphere on the pitch and in the stands with their exceptional goals. Thanks to this win, the champions have extended their lead over second place to four points. The match proved the end of the road for Augsburg boss Martin Schmidt, who was relieved of his duties the following day. Can Bayern maintain that lead? Or will they be forced off top spot?
