We are putting together a REES52 6J1 Tube Amplifier Kit.
The kit comes with almost all the PCB components including the matched pair of vacuum tubes. The components comes in an anti-static bag. Once all the parts are soldered together its good to go.
Make sure you have the correct power supply as the kit does not includes one.

Note:
Sometimes, while purchasing kits like this you might face a few challenges like:
1) The instruction manual does not comes in English always, sometimes it is in Japanese/Chinese. The silkscreen on the board helps in identifying the places where the components should be soldered.
2) There might be some smaller components like resistors/capacitors missing or present in surplus.
