"Coolest" Cocktail Presentation 🥶 #shorts

Supercooling Ice in Cocktails 🥶 This technique was used in Cocktail Bar “Paradiso” called a Supercooling Martini. They used a special Japanese Freezer that makes the temperature about −38.5 C. It’s a lot harder to do in the regular freezer at home. I tried to experiment multiple times, and if you miss the time window for a couple of minutes, your water will be frozen entirely or will be running water.
