The Chinese President, XI Jinping, on Sunday inaugurated the Chinese congress summit and addressed the gathering. Speaking at the twice-a-decade party meeting, Jinping said that he will not relax the zero covid policy that has been implemented in the country. This comes after several regions of the country including the famous Sutong bridge were draped with two large banners demanding ease to the harsh policy against Covid-19.
