Tottenham play behind closed doors training match in full kit in empty stadium

Tottenham players were pictured training under the eyes of Jose Mourinho on Friday, June 5th 2020.

It's been gathered that Spurs have stepped up their preparations for the return of the Premier League season with a practice match at their stadium
The players were kitted out for the session as captain Harry Kane lined up alongside Dele Alli in the white home shirt while Son Heung-min and Erik Lamela donned the away colours.

If you recall that Tottenham return to action on Friday June 19, hosting Manchester United in a huge clash with both clubs battling to qualify for next season's Champions League.

The players appeared to be taking the game seriously as to shape their fitness level as the league set to restart.

Harry Kane was among the players to take part and afterwards told Sky Sports: 'It feels like a pre-season, it has been good so far. I was doing individual training for a while and almost got to a stage where I was back with the team and then we had to stay at home.

'It's been a chance for me to get fit, it has been six months since I have played a game so I haven't done that since I was about five years old.'
