You will need:

375gm bread flour
35gm sugar
1tsp instant yeast
1/2tsp salt
265ml milk
20gm soften unsalted butter
15gm cocoa powder
Red, green and blue food colouring
A scale
Plastic wrap
Some clean dish towels
Rolling pin and a bread tin.
