What began as a regular day took a chilling turn when officers received a frantic 911 call from a resort—a woman had discovered her best friend lying unresponsive on their bed, her voice trembling with panic as she begged for help. The emergency team sprinted toward the room with relentless urgency, chaos and confusion engulfing the entire property. No one knew what had happened. Even more shocking was the sight of multiple s*x toys and d*ugs scattered around the room, making the case even harder to understand. But the woman’s forthcoming confession would reveal something far worse. The medics were doing their best to administer life-saving measures to Timothy, but he was still cold and unresponsive. Unknown to the officers, a juvenile had witnessed what happened to Timothy. This would become a turning point in the case, but for now, Timothy showed no signs of life. At first, it seemed like a case where an adult had overdosed on d*ugs and passed away. But when the officers read Amy’s statement, they were shocked beyond belief and had no choice but to arrest her. In her statement, Amy wrote that she, Timothy, Joseph, Brian, and Brian’s friend got drunk at a local bar at 2:00 AM. Timothy and she picked up her son Noah from his grandmother’s house and brought him to their hotel room around 3:00 AM, where all five of them smoked mar*juana and did co*aine in front of him. Joseph and Brian’s friend left the room so that Timothy, Brian, and Amy could have group s*x. While her son was asleep, they shoved him into the closet and covered it with a sheet so he couldn’t see anything if he woke up.. The next morning, thinking Timothy was snoring and asleep, Amy and Joseph left her son in the room for several hours, surrounded by s*x toys, viagra, condoms and d*ugs. When DCF, along with the officers, interviewed Noah, he told them that he didn’t know all the adults in the room and could only remember watching TV on the couch while the adults were hanging out. Joseph also confirmed Noah’s presence throughout the events leading up to Timothy’s demise. Consequently, Amy was charged with child neglect without great bodily harm and held on a $15,000 bond.
