Meet 79-year-old cobbler who sold DP Ruto his 'first pair' of shoes in 1981

When Deputy President William Ruto, during the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday last week, revealed that it was until 1981 when he owned his first pair of shoes, his sentiments drew mixed reactions.

KTN News has exclusively traced the cobbler Albert Onyango whom the DP disclosed he purchased his first pair of shoes from to a verandah outside Kosyin Enterprise along Ronald Ngala street in Eldoret town. Elvis Kosgei brings you the story.
